Krab - Rather than create a new thread, I'll just add to your thread as I just finished the installation of my Magnaflow catback. I noticed the same problem with the rearmost exhaust hanger as well.

FWIW - Trent Woods PD in NC has allegedly confirmed that this tactic does work (a Ford product was defeated, a Raptor was NOT mentioned - the info is LE sensitive).

Glad the OP got what he needed, but just to add to the thread, Helm makes service manuals (electronic versions / CD-ROM) in case anybody needed another alternative (wasn't sure if the motorcraft link above directed to Helm).

^ To prevent oil from getting sucked into the combustion chamber - the Ford factory PCV system is notorious (ask any 4V Cobra owner) for feeding oil into the upper intake and downstream.
Oil separators help "trap" and greatly reduce the amount of oil "mist" that would otherwise get fed back...
Is there a direct link to this "fuel pump upgrade kit" on the Livernois Raptor parts page or did I miss it? Just wondering what the kit consists of exactly (I see the BBK and the KB items listed within the "fuel" sub-section).
