As mentioned, swapping the oil pressure switch/sensor ( p/n 6U5Z-9278-D ) with a new one on your own should be a relatively easy fix and keep your truck out of the dealer's hands.
I did a quick price search and the part can be found for ~ $25 USD via Tousley/AutoNation Ford in MN, ~...
It's quite likely that the actual oil pressure sensor/switch is on its way out; had to replace it on my old Cobra when it was exhibiting similar symptoms. I was also running an aftermarket oil pressure gauge at the time so verifying proper oil psi for the engine was not an issue. It was a ~$10...

So, as mentioned we have:
BR-1414 as the regular front pads
and
BRSD-1414 are the Super Duty front pads
&
BRSD-1012-A are the Super Duty rear pads
As always, verify/confirm part numbers on your end before ordering ! Hope the above part...

Unless someone lists the specific part number on the message board in a previous thread (FAQs are a good place to check), it's usually easier to find it via an online parts search engine (such as: Rock Auto parts, Tousley/White Bear Lake Ford in MN or Tasca Parts, etc).

Get the entire Magnaflow catback system from a reputable vendors such as: GotExhaust, Maryland Speed, etc.
Might as well wait a couple more months until the holiday season sales kick off and you'll save some more money as well...

I would be nervous about the electrical system and all associated wiring harnesses that were not replaced after the repairs (because it sounds like 99% of it was underneath water!).
