Rick - Did you truss your rear end? I can't remember...
I hear trussing the rear may help on our trucks and be somewhat affordable compared to a custom dana or something. But, I really haven't checked into it other than casual conversation.
Ninja edit - NVM if this is yours my question is...
Here are some of the pit trucks.
Notice the broken leaf on the back??? lol
This is a BRAND NEW 2012 FX4. Dude took it straight to his shop from the showroom and tricked it out and then came to baja (basically).:favorites37:
Ok, I volunteer my truck to test all LT kits our vendors offer. I know it will be a sacrifice on my part, but to clear the air I feel it needs to be done.

Check out Baja design onx line. Call or email them for a forum discount. They are very kind to us frfers and can work out what you need. I run two bd squadrons up front with a 30" onx bar in a spread/spot/spot/spread config and it worked great in Baja. Think about a rear facing amber light...
Clean up time (when I get back from mississippi)
Broke the mount on my bd led on a nasty g-out. Saved the light though.
Think I may have lost a CV too. Metal on metal grinding on tight turns.
Other than some Baja pinstriping, I think that's it on a damage report.
Greer Bros.' TT used our pit for fuel. Curtis from DP and race-dezert got an interview with him early AM Friday.

This was just north of our pit a few miles. Turned out to be a bad night for one of the race teams.
And, just a few miles north of the burned out chassis was a broken down TT that didn't make it to our pit. They lost their motor at about RM420. We encountered the chase team recovering...
When I wasn't filling fuel cans, splashing vehicles, wiping visors/lights or general code red'ing I was trying to capture pictures of what was going on. Team LM has their machine fine tuned and I was honored to be a part of it.
Here are some pit chaos pictures...
