Nice! I’m in the Frederick county area but stone throw away from Washington county. Saw a new shelter green ripping past ace hardware the other day, you know who you are
That tt V8 is no joke, my wife recently got a 24’ cayenne turbo e-hybrid with the sports exhaust, the pops and burbles are unreal! It helps keep miles off the R. 729hp and she makes sure I know it
I think they make some pedal commander stuff for the R if you want more pep on the low end, I...
Agreed, they seem fairly easy to swap out and it comes with the originals rings since it’s a dealer installed option, so we’ll see. They definitely grab your attention, in a good or bad way
I think the rear tow hooks are coated code orange for MY25 but I’m sure that’s something 24 folks could order and put on if desired. To my surprise it came this morning and the dealer had to install the beauty rings, they’re growing on me. Probably pick up on Friday if the numbers make sense.
Congrats! I’m in the same boat, my 23 took over a year to arrive and I ordered the MY24 the moment order banks opened. It went into production quickly and had been delayed ever since. Apparently, they lost the key insert, whatever that means. Now it’s supposedly coming Oct.6-14th but I’m not...
The other day I came up my driveway with traction control completely off in 2wd and thought I would goose it around a steep uphill right-hand turn to see if she would kick out a little bit. I noticed it’s a one-wheeler peeler; maybe I didn’t give it enough to get both tires spinning but it...
Thank you. I was glad to see the Raptor R stitching on 4 seats now instead of just the front but the armrest design on only the driver side is kind of odd. I’m not even sure if the passenger side of the armrest had the same red undertone in the perforation. At least it has a heated steering wheel!
Not really a quality issue but I went to check out a 24 today and noticed the neat little V8 perforated stitching in the armrest is only on the driver’s side?!? Can anyone confirm if this is a weird one off issue or if it’s just like that…I don’t understand why they wouldn’t make it...
Is that a GT3 or GT3 RS next to your R?!? Talk about the ultimate reverse uno card! I daily my R, no reason not too, the crate engines are like 30k or so;
Just drive it
I have the block heater; unfortunately, it leaves an unsightly 3” gap in the bottom grille that looks anything but stock/purposeful.
I do not think this will be an issue given the open spaces on the 2024 modular bumper, so I ordered the block heater again, assuming there would be no visual...
Thanks for the input fellas; curiosity got the best of me after Clevergirls post and I ended up reading the viper story where the guy was 140k+ deep in a build and I couldn’t believe what I was reading.
When I checked out Whipple’s website it showed like 945hp on 93 octane? I don’t meant to...
That’s a bummer to hear. Is there a lot of ford guys that had complaints with their products or run of the mill Hellcat/CTS-V owners? The Venom F5 is a heck of machine , they’ve got to be doing something right?!? Seems like they do more than just a whipple supercharger upgrade to support the...
I was under the impression no one had successfully gotten into the ECU yet? Seems hennessey was/is the first to do it?
I loathe the 6x6 but beyond that, I didn’t realize the company was that unpopular on FRF. 3 year /36k mile warranty seemed like a bit of comfort
I have the 23 and want to send it to Hennessey but the 24 has heated wheel and HUD….sounds really dumb when I say it out loud… I don’t mention the dual valve suspension because HM long travel is always an option
That unfortunately is the opening to access your engine block heater. Not a sexy solution by any means but it should be a cleaner setup on the 24 since they seem to omit the mesh grill in the lower inlets.
Edit* engine block heater plug to connect to outlet.
