With the swarf winch mount and a Warn Zeon 12S setup, that alone will add about 200lbs to the front, plus the difference between the stock intercooler and the larger intercooler weight.
I'm running stock tires and beadlock wheels and although I didn't measure the distance from the ground to the...
If you’re going to have this type of winch installation then you’ll need to relocate the intercooler. It is an added expense, however the new intercooler will be much better than the factory one.
As far as the warranty issues, unless they (Ford) can prove that the relocated intercooler or likes...

My local autozone didn’t have the micro taps...
I went through a location up on the passenger side where I discovered a existing grommet about the size of a nickel. Still determining a location to mount the power module in the engine compartment. Any ideas?
My app version is 20190221A, when I requested an update link their response was
“Thanks for reponse,
we will inform your information to our technician next week to see if there is a update for it and feed you back”
I saw there was a later version linked here but that hasn’t worked
Factory nav isn’t working and it has the gps indicating showing it’s not receiving, however when I switch back to waze map (no hotspot) it accurately depicts proper location/navigation. So I’m assuming the waze app is getting GPS information.
Before I had been using a phone as a hot spot
Installed the unit and everything works with reference to what others have said here. I don’t have any programs installed except CarWebGuru, of which I’m still learning about. I have the 802 package and all functions seem to be operating properly I’m still messing with the settings and such to...
That’s just what the staff reported to us. That facility use to be privately owned, but another company has taken it over. The only Raptor vehicles Ford provides are the instructors.....noted by the Michigan plates, otherwise they’re Utah registered. The have about 900k invested in just the...
I debated going with just the collars, but decided to go all out and go with Fox front rear setup...along with Camburg uppers and Icon bumpstops. Adding the adjustable Icon rear leafs and new shackles later. Probably an overkill for I’m doing, but ya never know what’ll happen down the road.
I did the ceramic including the windshield, very happy with the results. I believe it’s at 70%, like with other comments....too dark and the cops can ticket you. I think it helps with the heat a great deal.
Hard to avoid parking in the sun in AZ most times :)
I have a hotspot setup in the vehicle for the camera to connect to and it’s not reporting anything but motion at times via the cloud, but no notifications on overheating issues
Inside the cab hit 143 degrees today, I took the SD card out and it was too hot to hold, nearly burned my finger tip, however it had no over heating reported. I’m surprised it hasn’t had a problem yet, but thankful. I was having connection issues via the app, but got that resolved. So far so...
I purchased my device in Nov of 2018 and have sinced moved to Arizona. I had mine set to parking mode with a temp probe near the unit and the inside of the truck read 122 degrees no overheating issue thus far. I’m using a Samsung PRO Endurance 128gb Micro sd card, not the suggested BlackVue SD card
Just got back.....someone from Cave Creek was there when I was
It's a disappointment Ford doesn't really sponsor this program, it's run by a company that purchases 900k worth of Raptor's and puts this program together. Still a great opportunity for Ford to get it's crown F150 great exposure
Pretty much what mezger said....I had just attended recently...there was a lot of mud, some snow and such. The Baja mode run was fun as well, yet only allowed a top speed of 40mph.....mainly due to liability I’m sure. One thing I learned ...Ford does not provide their vehicles that we take...
I’ve not had it during the hot summer time, so we’ll see how it does. Today I took the second card out to check the settings and the SD Card was pretty hot and it was only 87 degrees
Correct....I'm seeing the BlackVue camera's SSID and my phone shows connected, but when I launch the BlackVue app and select "Blackvue Wi-Fi", it try's to load up, but always fails.
The other app I use connects fine and I can see live vie as well as recorded events. That app is called "Viewer...
From Phoenix, AZ...no overheating issue as of yet. My only issue at present is connecting to the camera via WiFi using the Android App. it works about 10% of the time. Its not connecting to the cloud via hotspot either.
Using a different app I can connect to the camera and see live view stuff...
I tried to purchase a Raptor from the main dealerships there, but no one wanted to make a deal, I ended up going to St.Louis. I hope you found a decent deal
