But a little bit of oil is normal.
You should add a oil separator to help with that.
I notice when the tires are set to 38-40 the ass end dances around on rough roads
I was running 34-36 for the winter, not to sure about the 110+° summer coming up.
And remember to keep your own attitude in check( which is hard when you spend good money for shit services). I've had issues and got the GM involved and everything was taken care of to my satisfaction.

Depends on how low the level is the tank seams to be well baffled. At a 1/4 tank I have no issues. May want to verify the transmission has the updated programming
The oil could be going in the intake, something to do with valve cover seals. Watch the level close. Also not a bad idea to check the transmission (read PITA) mine was 1.5 quart low
