Nope not that one, that seams like a vacuum leak or at least Sounds that way.
I wonder if one of the other hose connects are loose? Might be your noise.
I've had the scorcher on for a few months until the dealership replaced the ecu (some kind of comms failure) and it ticked before and after the ecu replacement .
I haven't tried to un install it to see if the tick goes away yet.
So I have an 18SCREW and installed a AFE scorcher (the one that just piggybacks not a tuner) and after I installed it the ebov ticks at idle(could be all the time but I only hear it at low speeds) . No codes and it runs well.
Anyone else run in to this issue?
Thanks
I hate to clean the mud off the truck that is my main reason for staying on the black top lol and not wanting to scratch and dent my stupid expensive f150 lol
OP it's your dollars do as you want with them. Myself, I would pass on the rrr.37's fit with a level kit......
I would recommend doing it with forscan, there are other settings you can change also.
Like horn honk with the keys in your pocket when you get out.
Also it's cheaper
It sure is lame these "guys" make bumpers and forget about the hitch. I like the add pro rear but no hitch at all? Come on lol
If you're handy enough you could add a reciever to what ever 1000+ dollar bumper you go with.
Good luck post up what you come up with.
If you are in there for the intercooler and have the extra coin, do the transmission cool too.
As far as the radiator goes all aluminum construction will be more durable then the OEM unit
May or may not cool better.
