In preparation for ordering a gen 3 I am seeing if anyone has interest in my bumpers. I have the ADD Pro Bolt on front and rear. I also added the ADD light loop. On the loop there is 2 6” rigid 360 clear with amber backlights with amber lens covers added. There are also 2 4” rigid 360 SAE...
I have the ADD front and rear and they both fit great. Biggest headache I had was adding lights after the fact. The skid plate is a pain to take off and I couldn't find a way to do lights without either taking off the bumper or the skid plate.
On my 2020 the wires all were correct according to the owners book. Big issue I had was how short they were. Made for a tough time to make a clean setup for sure. Btw be careful not to overload the fuse for switch 1 and 2. I blew one and it was a pain to find and not cheap for what it is.
I can’t comment on the cruise control because mine just has Normal cruise and not adaptive. But for oil changes my dealer has had no issues in the last two changes.
I have the front and rear as well. The front install is a breeze and the rear is a nightmare. I think the rear took me 3 hours. 2 of that was removing the license plate bracket!
I added a magnetic gun mount on the center console down on the pocket storage area. Holds a gun solid for sure under bumpy conditions. Largest gun I own is a Glock 17 with a rmr and it doesn’t budge. Just my input.
I have 2 4” rigid 360 SAE fogs mounted on my bumper. They have fantastic output for usable driving conditions. They don’t blind cars but it really does add a lot of usable light for driving. I highly recommend them. If you have a stock bumper I think you could easily mount them upside down on...
I have the pro bolt on with the ADD light loop. I will say without a doubt 3 large lights will 100% block your front camera. I have two rigid 360 6” on mine and 2 4” sae rigid 360 fogs. My camera is usable but it’s right in between the two large lights. If you space three lights evenly on the...
I have a 2020 with the Cobb with tcm. Typically run it in simulated stock. In normal mode it is very smooth and I’d say a good bit better than stock. In sport it’s an aggressive shift but nothing clunky or harsh. Honestly don’t know that I’d do the tcm again if I was to do it over. I use my...
You're right it is the ADD pro bolt on. I did no cutting or removal of parts other than the shroud. I had to cut the rear metal license plate bracket for the rear, and I am unsure if the rear stock bumper will work without that plate in place. I guess in my mind I figured I would get a couple...
I did the same thing. I had a roof tent that served me well, but recently got an off road tear drop. Your post is a great price for someone wanting a more minimalist setup for sure.
Thats a good point. Only reason I was thinking that was I remember the stock bumpers having quite a few small tabs and what not. I am not sure that I can remember how it bolts up exactly without having one in front of me to remind the of the steps.
So I just want opinions on what people have seen in the past. I have a 2020 that I have built up with some nice parts. Truth be told Ive never been one to keep an old body style when a new ones is out. The 21's are coming I am told mid august so I am starting to plan for that. I have ADD bumpers...
I am probably a rarity but I was happy to see the 3.5 still offered. I love the way my 20 drives, and I drive a ton for work. Bought the truck new in May and has 24k on the odometer. The TRX is a cool truck, but I cant justify 7 miles per gallon with my driving and I imagine a 700hp Ford...
