I think southwest overland used to sell a short chunk of 1/4 dyneema with a loop in each end. You lasoo the shaft and put a hammer handle thru other loop to pop the axle
It has been wrote and talked about a lot on here. You get a 4 inch bump stop. You put an extension on it or adjust it down, depending on system to your ride height you want. You put enough nitrogen in bump stop to carry the load. You then have 4 inches of travel on your suspension.
So trailer towing is a "mode". Wondering what all is changed for that. Trailer setting is about half way between sport and regular. Get some gear downshifting, and gear holding. But I do not know what else it does for handling and brakes. Use it quite a bit in city driving.
Truck is biased to rear wheal drive. Clutch engages and disengages for front axle drive.
So truck is always rear wheal drive. When conditions dictate clutch engages front axle. As well there is a lock to bypass clutch for offroad heavy hauliung
A good bag for gear is a small mesh gym bag. Or a couple of them. The mesh lets things dry if tossed in wet, and the small size lets you store them easy. Keeps things organized. And toss a light pair of gloves in bag

That is a tow strap, not a kerr. Be great if used accordingly. I.e. After somebody else pulls you out using their gear put your gear on so they can pull you home
