This is with wired CarPlay. My other vehicles have wireless, which is super nice, but also a bit annoying as my wife and I swap vehicles.

Installed the Sync 3 upgrade package I purchased from a guy on FB. Once the dash panels starting breaking loose it was a pretty easy project and took no more than an hour. I mostly did it for the CarPlay integration as my other vehicles have it and it's hard to live without!

Replaced the backflip bed cover with a Peregon I found used locally. The backflip was pretty beat up and didn't lock properly, so I was looking for something different. I also replaced all the lug nuts as they were quite rusted, and installed back seat quick releases.

It's a much quicker job if you're just replacing the window, as you don't have to be nearly as careful while removing it and don't have to clean it. The truck cleaned up quickly and easily with some googone. Here's a video I found that was helpful:

From what I saw, a new window does come with the tape. If not, I used 3M 08611 and got it from Napa. They actually didn't have it locally at Autozone or O'Reilly, so it's worth checking as you may need to order it. Thanks for the info on the builtright release, I just ordered a pair.
