    3M clear guard over full wrap?

    I don't have a wrap on this truck, but I had a partial wrap on my old F-250 and it only lasted 2 years due to excessive amounts of mud and dirt thrown at it. A clear wrap would make a lot of sense to protect it.. Would it change the look at all I'm wondering?

    Im thinking i might try it on frame parts first, seems like it might have been a good idea before winter to help with the salt and such from the roads. But maybe have to reapply a few times. I bought the spray bottle stuff to test on some items around the house before I try it on the truck.
