I actually really wish that you could order the tech package without 802A (I think you actually can on other F150 models) For road trips I almost always use cruise control, and not having to continuously readjust would be great. But alas the 802A is already 4.2k more than my proposed 801A...

I'm thinking of a similar build to you as well. The 800A is just a little too spartan for me given it will be my daily, but on the other hand don't think I need all the 802A features. I'd also note that leather cleans easier when dirty, which is a consideration off-roading. I'm also going SCAB...

I also looked earlier this year in the Oregon area (have to first register with family in OR for tax purposes) - not much luck. Overall the west coast is pretty tough with regards for ADM - higher incomes and good off-roading areas. I'm planning to order as well for a 2018 spring delivery...
