My steering has recently started making a horrific noise when turning center-left. No noise at all turn center-right. I've lubed all my heims and uniballs with dry teflon lube with no reduction in noise. Would a bad rack make this noise? Poor video, but loud and clear audio...
I've had the organizer email me the gpx file. From there it simply loads into motion x. I believe some organizers do require lowrance though.
You do need an iPad with cellular capabilities so it has gps. Doesn't need to be hooked up to service though.
I've been using my iPad mini on organized runs and it works great. Motion X app with a gpx file from the organizer. I'll eventually get a lowrance, but this setup has worked well for me.
Did you just unbolt and pry? Even the unbolted side wouldn't budge. Thought that side would at least lift a little. I only tried for a few minutes because I'm still not 100% sure if I want to spray those and the side vents.

I tried removing those hood vents the other day with no luck. Unbolted and tried prying in a few different areas, but it was flexing to a point where I felt like it was coming close to breaking. Do I just need to pry harder?
Spraying them while laying flat works well. I scrapped of a little bit of liner that got on the back edge before I reinstalled them.

Ah yes, I'm familiar with that tape. I wonder if it'd cut a clean line once it dries though. Might work well while it's wet. Once one learns how to pull the flares off that just seems like the best way to go. Even faster than taping for me.

Ah...I see now. Thanks for the translation. I'm still not completely fluent in Wilson Yeah, I'd think that be best if you tape them off. Either that or cut a line with a razor which sounds like a pain!

I don't fully understand the question, but I'm going to say no[emoji23]
If you're referring to spraying the flares, there would be no need to pull them off if you taped them and sprayed them while on.

I just sprayed the outside with the flares removed. Pretty simple actually...I set the pressure @50 psi and it took 2 coats and some touch up in a few areas to get great coverage.
No problems at all. Back when I plastidipped them it took me an hour to get 1 off. Once I learned how the clips held I had it down to less than 5 minutes per flare. I just cut the black christmas tree style clips on the underside and replace them and use a wooden kabob skewer to release the top...
Learned a new skill and saved a few hundred dollars! Thanks to 2014RubyRed for the advice.
Raptor liner....
Waiting for the grill to dry.
And done!
