Are you in 4A, 4H, or 2W? I have something like that happening to mine. Coming from the front driver's side when I'm in either 4A or 4H. Truck goes in next Thursday, thinking it's something with the IWE....maybe the hub.
Other then the bracket for the dif shield not fitting correctly and the bearing being pushed in by the slip joint has there been any other problems come up? Some of you have had it for a while now....still happy with it? Seems like a great design, and not having the shield isnt a deal braker.
Was excited when I saw this thread in the search when looking up the torque arm. Bummed to see the problems people are having after reading everything. Since the last post was in December has there been any updates to fix the problems people have had?
Built a wire harness for the upliftter wires under the hood out of a 12 pin Deutsch connector and 2 pin Deutsch connectors.
Helped clean things up and made it easier to connect the lights I had wired up to the upliftters
Finally was able to wire up the Baja S8 I installed a few weeks ago...
Is this a common issue? I have a S8 I'm going to be wiring up soon and was just going to tap into the market lights for the back lights on the S8. Now you have me re thinking it. I also have rigid radiance cubes that have been wired like that for a while but haven't had a problem.
Took advantage of the nice weather and installed a Baja Designs 30" S8 I grabbed from @Nick@Apollo-Optics during his black Friday deal. Great guy to work with and answered all the questions I had. Followed @JustRaptor1 thread for the install and was a great help. Just waiting on my Deutsch...

I saw someone had made a panel not long ago. Connectors on both sides with what looked like fuses in the middle. Can't find it now, looked nice and neat. A lot of cool ideas out there.
There is a check valve in the IWE system that doesn't hold and itll let the front hubs slightly engage in 2wd. Causes a slight grinding/ vibration in the front end. Had mine done a few weeks ago, had both hubs, lines, and check valve replaced. Here's the tsb TSB-18-2273.
Replaced front break pads with Posi Quiet pads from FreedomMotorsport. Pretty easy to do and only need a few tool. Going to replace the rear pads next weekend. Big shout out to Chris@FreedomMotorsports for a great deal and answering all the questions I had.
