Well, if you change to 37 tires you should change your axle ratio to 431 or so but they dont make that gear so best would be 456 to get close to the 410 gearing.

Odd sound... to me from a vid it could be the ebrake cable moving and causing the brake to hit. Not sure so hard from a short vid. does it do it whit you holding the brake some too. try that see if the noise changes
