No sorry guys, I don't have anymore. First batch took too long to sell, I was not making much money on them and one D-Bag basically stole all my profit because he did not install it right so not going to be making them anymore.
Looks good man, How many coats?
Plasti Dip does not hold up well to physical damage. Hope you did twice the recommended coats in case you need to remove.

You can only go to E rated tires now. The C rated KO2s are hard to find and last I checked my tire shop said they are discontinued. E rated will give you a stronger side wall but a stiffer ride. Still the same compound so wear will be the same.
Most good MT or RT tires are E rated.

Running 38 psi, 5k mile tire rotations and a lot off-roading and the tires only made it to 24k, I really should have changed them at 20k but I wanted deavers instead.
The rubber is really soft and at about 16k miles they started to wear really quickly with huge chunks missing. By 20k I have...
There would be a gap.
I have them on my truck and they are much bigger and thicker than the beauty ring and are designed to sit flush against the tire. The bolts are also longer so you could not flush install with the inner bead used.

Originally I had planned on some round security nuts made from Aluminum. But in testing over the last 6th months they could easily be removed with vice grips. The cost of just making these nuts was also too high. They Required multiple parts and in short batches it would have more than doubled...
Ok, So I finally got off my lazy ass and got a couple of extra mounts created. I needed an extra pair to mount a custom water tank, so I have a batch of mounts made in case anyone is interested in getting one. Small matches are expensive to produce so I'm trying to keep the cost down as low as...
Real beadlocks are not illegal. DOT does not have a standard for 2 piece wheels such as beadlocks so most tire shops won’t work on them. I don’t think any states actually list them as illegal.
So since there is no standard and most tire shops won’t work on them, Ford can only recommend they be...
I like the idea.
But I see the bed bolts are raised up. The raised section of the bed is about 1/2 in plus the bracket. Are there spacers included for the space under the bracket?

Looking to buy a Gen 2 Beadlock capable wheels.
Mainly looking to get a 2nd matching spare, but willing to buy your full set. Just the wheel is OK with or without the TPMS sensor & tire. It will mainly be used as a spare so if the tire is worn, thats ok too.
Would prefer to find someone...
I asked if this was from a distributor or the manufacturer. Over and over they said it was one of their own satellite warehouses.
I would have been ok with the shipment taking longer if they set the expectation from the start. But here they confirmed over the phone the part was in stock and...
Update, Now on Day 5, I finally got to cancel the order. But not till after I called in again and made a big fuss. 5 days and still no tracking info but at least this time I was able to cancel. They did not offer any explanation and they could not confirm if they had any intention of shipping...
Beware of the American Muscle website & their customer service. Do a quick search on their reviews and you will find plenty of examples of people facing similar problems.
1. They don’t actually have product in stock even if the website states it
2. They don’t honor their guaranteed shipping...
The beadlock capable forged aluminum wheels come with Beauty ring. It's not black like the rims, it's more dark gray like the fender flares.
You should be able to remove it and paint it what ever color you like. Ford offers pre painted beauty rings on the Ford performance website. But they only...
Like most, I don't always have the luxury or having a buddy with me when I go off-road. Some of the places I go to tend to be remote with no cell reception. I must be ready to get myself out. The farm jack gives me options. On road I would never use a farm jack. Off road a factory jack is...
Thanks. I was looking for that pic of the tow hook adapter. Looking at doing something similar to jack from the front.

With the 60in jack, the bed extender does not fit when it's folded away. In grocery mode it does but it's tight.
I though of moving up the jack but I wanted to clear a bed cover so the bed extender came out.
A 48in jack should have no problem fitting.

This a prototype for a custom Hi lift jack mount using the Ford Box link brackets.
The box link system has been out since 2015. But to date there are still only 2 accessories that use box link; ramps & tie downs. I needed a way to mount my Hi lift jack onto them. My dad owns a machine shop...
Does anyone make Rock Sliders with deployable steps?
I've seen them on jeeps. I like the sleek look with the electronic steps so that my short ass can get in and out.
