Installed mine myself. No fun but it can be done using a recycling container as a spacer.
A few weeks ago I noticed that there was a part missing on the locking assembly. I contacted Retrax and they sent me the part no charge. Very happy!!
I found a little access hole in the front where I could stick my arm all the way up in there like inseminating a cow. Then, your fingers can easily un-do the clips.

I went to my local dealer and was told " that he basically couldn't get one!" That I should get a Harley package one instead. Better yet was that he sold his last Raptor in '08. That's when I left.

I didn't watch the whole thing, did they address snow? 2-3 inches of snow and you ain't gonna open the thing without it becoming jammed . sticking to my retrax.
It really doesn't matter how beefy/ strong it's made, someone somewhere is gonna bend it just to find the limit of the truck. How many time have you sad "I don't know, let's find out" just to have it go wrong. They found the limit of the frame, next issue!
