Well I would take it back to the dealer. The unfortunate thing is since you did an aftermarket option you might have to pay out of pocket to get this fixed.
Wow! That was a nice writeup. I really like those floormats but I have a supercab so they probably wouldn't work. On the rims, I like the stock forged ones that I have but not a huge fan of the standard cast ones.
Did you buy it used? Well, if it still under warranty than I wouldn't care. With a mass produced vehicle you should expect these problems. Now, doesn't mean it should happen or that I am happy they happen.
Well it sounds like you don't have a GOOD dealer. I have a GOOD dealer and I take mine there. I don't think they are a stealership unless you don't know what your truck needs. If you have the knowledge to say, "No. I don't need that" than dealers are your friend.

Sounds like your dealer has some Ford problems. That just doesn't happen. Need to talk to your salesman and coax information out of him. Not normal at all.
