    brake rotor/pad combo

The biggest changes I noticed were the increased braking capability and lack of fade during hard driving. As far as weight and size they are comparable but the materials and the fact that the R1 rotors are drilled and slotted are the big differences. As far as warping, I have driven my truck...

Lol Yeah I guess so. Why all the busted windows in the past? For us it's a novelty thing. Don't think I would ever off road with it in place. Let alone with my firearms in it. What broke out windows at past events? Gun racks, bed mounted racks, rocks, lasers from alien ships?

Nice rack Finishing up preps to head to TRR and the Mrs. says, "if we're going to Texas then we have to have a rifle rack in the back window ". No way I say. Window racks just advertise what you have to thieves and they're just kinda tacky. So anyway here we go.

Thanks for the fast reply. It's a daily driver so I guess I'll just have to come back to it another day. Saw a previous post about using the trucks weight and a 2x4. Maybe I'll try that.

    Stuck shock collar

Hi all, So installed my R1 concepts brake kit today. Looks and performs awesome so far. Took my time and made sure to install and break in per instructions. I also really wanted to move to mid perch at the same time. Since this is Ohio I soaked all bolts and as much of shock collar as I could...

A Ford tech's take on "THE CLUNK" (THE ONE and ONLY CLUNK THREAD)

Replaced Had my shaft replaced at my local dealership under warranty following removal and inspection. Tech found that the original coating on the shaft was worn and splines had some damage/scaring. Been 500 miles since replacement. Guess we'll see how long this one lasts.
