I did the Roush kit, since it's sold by the Ford Parts Department and figured it's a safe bet if they want to give me any crap over it. So far no issues and its CARB legal in California (que in the California comments) :p

I had similar issue with my F150 and the dealer did an excellent job. No issues whatsoever and noise was gone. Depends on dealer I gues and how familiar they are with procedure.

Depending on your build date, you may not need the cam phaser update. I'd try to go back to stock on the intake like someone previously suggested.

I agree, cut them down to size and I would recommend Weatherpack or the DT connectors. Makes it easy to remove and change things up in the future. Pretty easy to do. Check out John Trishcler @Specialtyperformanceparts he has some great videos on YouTube.

Check Engine Light (CEL). I went off-road and my horn button stopped working. Dealer found it was a loose connection. Something may have come loose on yours as well.
