There's no such thing as budget Raptor accessories. It's called the Raptor tax. Any quality bumper is going to run $2,000 on the lower end before freight.
Morimoto makes an adapter for halogen to HID swaps. I think I remember reading that it does not work in reverse. I'm not sure if there's anything on the market for what you're looking to do.
Thanks! The KM3's were under 10,000 miles and much louder than my new K02's. I could have tolerated them but I do a lot of 7hr drives shuttling between Michigan and Wisconsin where I just want silence and the radio on low. They're also quite bad in ice. Being in Tennessee that's less of a factor...

Yeah, thanks for the bump. When I had the rubbers removed, Discount Tire was insistent that the rings needed to be taken off first to prevent damage. They didn't notice and/or care to orient them correctly when reassembling. I didn't bother to fix it thinking that the rings may be removed again...
Undercoating has kept mine mint through two Michigan winters. Purchased a few years ago from from the original owner in Oklahoma. Highly recommend if you want to keep that rust at bay. But yeah, no way am I trading an aluminum truck for the same mileage steel truck in the rust belt.
