Bora 1” spacers on oem 37 beadlock

Exactly the same as a 0 offset wheel too. Hope you didn’t study engineering too long…Point is you clearly don’t get is a spacer or offset of wheel is one and the same if done correctly.

Bora 1” spacers on oem 37 beadlock

Well, can't hurt to add a 3rd engineer to the party eh? Came across this thread for similar interests and having run MANY spacers on various rigs for many years, I have to say BoostCreep is spot on here. The 34mm is irrelevant given a properly functioning hubcentric spacer will effectively...

    Airbags?

I thought I seen where they actually have a matching HD version of that airbag available. My only thought is unloaded it would be even more noticeable as even with 5psi in them I can tell they are there. Not bad by any means but definitely noticeable.

    Toyo AT3 35" E-Rated Feedback

So contacted TireRack to swap out my BFG's that have been a nightmare for 315/70/17 Toyo AT3. Figured once last bump for anyone's thoughts between 35 x 12.50 - E Range vs 315/70 - D Range. The "only" superficial thing that has me curious of the true 35 is the flotation size have more...

    Toyo AT3 35" E-Rated Feedback

I did recently see this if I stick with the Metric 315 size which might be the ticket.

    Toyo AT3 35" E-Rated Feedback

So as the title says anybody running the E-rated Toyo AT3 in a 35? Reason I ask is their C-rated 6 ply's have a low rating of 35psi, lower load rating than stock, and really low speed rating. Ultimately, Toyo themselves recommend the E rated 35" for the Raptors. I've read they are compliant...

    Airbags?

Quick update - got my Airlift 1000 (Gen3 Specific) kit installed and definitely pretty easy, hour tops to install. Jack up one side at the time, fold airbag over and shove in through coils. Most time consuming part was neatly routing the air lines and drilling small hole in receiver to mount...

    35 vs 37 street feel

Yea, that's the quandary I'm in. Frankly, I'd go back to a true 35 in a heart beat BUT I don't really want to run an E rated tire. The C rated versions for whatever reason in the two tires I'd consider (Falken AT3W or Toyo AT3) are only rated to 35psi.

    35 vs 37 street feel

Must never have seen the roads around the Seattle area, pot holes in Starbucks that can swallow a whole Prius. I once seen a minivan had the freshest stick family decals and lattes were just getting handed to them and boom, pothole and never seen them again. I roled right over the top of it...

    35 vs 37 street feel

Had both, started with 35's went to 37's like many. Looks are substantially better but you give up steering response, transmission response (gearing), acceleration, and overall sporty feel of the truck goes down a notch along with ~1-2mpg decrease in most situations. It's not huge but there...

Different Frame on 37 Package Truck?

This has been discussed in length more times than I can count here and most posts are still wrong regarding what's different. The frame is identical 35 to 37 truck, so are the springs. You get different bump stops, 1in front shock shaft, front shocks have slightly different perch offering more...

    Airbags?

Just ordered my kit as well and should be towing my 6,500lb camper over the Cascades first week of May so will see how they work. Given my 3,500 UTV/Trailer causes almost 1.5" of rear sag which is surprising I'm looking forward to these.

35 vs 37 Inch Package - Squat While Towing?

Both will squat the same as they have the identical springs in the rear. Bumpstops will kick in slightly earlier on a 37 but you shouldn't be hitting those towing unless huge dips. As mentioned, gear ratios will be noticeably better on a 35. I have a 35 truck that tows a UTV and 6,500lb...

    Airbags?

If your plan is to fully cycle the suspension at a high rate of speed/frequency, especially full compression those bags won't last but a few days at most I'd guess. Those things just aren't designed to compress and extend linearly like a coil will and you will likely bind and/or pinch that bag...

    Steering Wheel Shake

Just put new OEM 37's on mine with KMC's couple weeks back and it's been a nightmare. So far to get 4 KO2 to balance it's taken 7 tires, as in 3 of the seven were out of round. This is coming from a high end off road shop with all new Hunter equipment. Also, per Hunter anything above 35"...

    Airbags?

When you say they are noticeable even at 5psi, do you mean decrease ride quality? That is my biggest concern overall.

    Airbags?

Interesting observation, but that support puck they 3D printed out of FDM. Generally fine for this application I guess but I might have expected a molded piece instead to be more "OEM" like in terms of fit/finish/longevity.

    Installed 37's on Gen3 35 Raptor - no issues.

Yes, 100% which is why a large percentage of people do the upgrade in terms of saving costs. However, the one thing you can't account for is the exclusivity and the potential higher resale of an actual 37PP package due to it's additional rarity. For most not an issue but some that difference...

Any Regret Going Moving To 37"s?

You can see my thoughts doing the same recently in the Installed 37's Thread here The looks are 99% percent of it, the cons of it outweigh the pro's for 95% of anything a normal Raptor will encounter. With that said, I'm leaving my 37's on for the time being as they do look bada$$. If another...
