Aluminum PDR's pretty similarly to mild steel. I would certainly try that first, as you will likely not get an insurance company to total a 35-75K raptor for a roof skin, hood,.. heck you could replace fenders door skins and bed skins and paint it complete and still not be at a total loss. That...

Anyone had aftermarket hood decals on for awhile... the PPS guy told me that I should get OEM's for heat and sun protection... I get body shop price and they are still stupid expensive vs 100 bucks for 3M aftermarket.... Anyone who has done it, is it worth the extra for OE?
