I live in both Ca and Oregon... dealers are much better to deal with outside of CA.. plus no tax and no stupid expensive tags...
I tuned my last one.. I will probably tune the new one.. there is a way around all this.. but its a bit of a pain in the a@@
on my 19, I changed the oil at 5K-- I drove it from day one like I would drive it... on the 21- I will change oil early and follow some of the recommendations I see posted. At 5K on the 2019 raptor, I was a quart and a half low and got a low oil pressure warning. I never had loss after that...
was just told by my dealer yesterday- that Ford Rep told them that retractable tonneau was holding up my scheduled date- take it off and get scheduled... ordered 7/1 priority 10, then changed to priority 01 last week
add me to the list.... I bought 19 OEM deadlocks from a guy who took them off early in the model year.... paid almost what I would have paid for them from the dealer... and I ultimately added the 35 beadlocks to my order, but want the 37's
So, my dealer just called me and said that they are ready to Schedule, but Ford Rep said the rolling tonneau was holding it up... note, if you have that take it off.
That makes sense.. I think I am their squeaky wheel.... But its better than 10.... As of today, ford performance says that orders are being scheduled in October.
I am still unscheduled 7/1- priority 10-- dealer told me yesterday that I moved to priority 01, and was next in line for them to be scheduled ( he said should be scheduled next week).. I guess you move to priority 01 just before scheduling?- this is a smaller west coast dealer but they sell a...
I am a 7/1 still unscheduled.. however, my dealer told me yesterday that I was moved to priority 01-- I was a priority 10 before.. he says Im next in line for them to be scheduled... As I understand it, you move to priority 1 just prior to being scheduled?-- this is smaller dealer, but they sell...
I have a 20 rover sport SVR, which is an awesome vehicle.... however, if I could only keep one cool vehicle, it would be the Raptor... hands down.. It rides great.....
So I was #3 of 6 allocations for a Central Oregon dealer... ordered 7/1, still no build date. They told me yesterday, that the 2 prior to me just got build dates in early Oct.. and that I should also have an Oct build date with Nov delivery... They also said that east coast and mid US get...
just so I understand, if you are still unscheduled but ordered on a dealer allocation for 2021, it will be MY 21, and expect delivery in Sept/ Oct?- I ordered 7/1
Just so I understand, if we are still unscheduled, but ordered on a 2021 dealer allocation, then we are still MY 2021 and can expect Sept/ Oct build date?
Im on your side.. other than range, I'm in.. So the difference among states in electric cost and availability is huge. Oregon is cheap and they don't cycle power off.. at least not yet. California is stupid.. I have to have solar, back up Tesla batteries and a propane fired back up generator...
Dodge sucks... and those that go to TRX will be back..my 19 had a Cobb stage 2, and it flew and pulled like hell. I get those guys that like the sound, but hell..... I have a range rover SVR with a supercharged v8-- it sounds bad and its fast... but if I had to pick between it and a raptor, the...
man.. I went back and forth, as the beadlocks are kind of hard to see in pics. Honestly, I like the 19-20 beadlocks better. However I do think its better for resale, and they do look good... I was thinking that I might wait for someone to do A/M on a 37 package and grab their stock deadlocks.. I...
Update... the dealer had sent me what he called a "prelim" to ensure optioned correctly.. I got the order from, and order number changed... and verified with Ford Performance that it was submitted on 7/1-- and priority code is now 10, instead of 19-- hopefully than means a faster build date!
