I know. My only issue is, you’ll take a loss no matter how you cut it. I know the value on these holds, but the bottom line is, unless you get lucky, you’ll still lose money. And, I’m guessing this refresh will come with price increase. I could be wrong though. What do I know.
Do we know if the temp readout is still on the screen if you get the knobs with digital readout? I think having both would be beneficial. Thanks for your help!
Yeah, I just meant the digital temp readout on the dials. Was wondering if it needed any other coding. Trying to decide if I want the digital readout on my ‘23, or just normal. Doesn’t seem like digital readout is coming back.
Have we determined if HVAC with digital read out in knobs is direct plug and play? Or, do you have to do programming to get them to work? Also, does the temp still show up on the screen? I like it on the screen up top. Easy to read.
I love analog everything. Gauges, dials, climate controls, etc. always loved older Porsches with that massive cluster of gauges. Or, the 2004/05 Ford GT, with the toggle switches and metal dials. So classy, and it’s tangible.
Is that a better system, than the unit we have in our Gen3’s? I like having some hard buttons. I know a few people that had Rams, and their screens went out, and you can barely control anything.
I wouldn’t be interested in self driving on the Raptor. My wife had a Tesla. Cool in that application, but I’m honestly good without that. I would be disappointed if they added more horsepower, or suspension changes. These trucks are expensive, so changing out all the time isn’t a smart...
Was there any big changes from 2018-2019 Raptors? Exterior or interior wise? I know suspension changed, but I thought exterior and interior were the same.
Well, I like more hard buttons, so removing more would be a no for me. I was wondering if they’d move to the dial shifter like they’ve done across the line. Seems like F150 and Super Duty are the only ones holding on to standard shifters.
Oh, I already picked up my 2023. I was just curious what people thought given the current climate. My interest sparked, only because I saw spy shots of the refresh F150. That’s all. Guess just making small talk.
Do you guys see big changes coming to the refresh? Not sure where we will be at with the entire shortage debacle, but I can’t help but wonder what changes will be in store. I always have FOMO (fear of missing out), so I’m curious what others think. Not sure where the truck goes from here besides...
