It ended up in the garage lol. There's these lockable swing out, boxes that are in the bed. I might get one of those and put it in there. Not sure yet. A buddy has one new sitting in his garage. I just have to go get it.
This thing:
Swing Case
And yes on the LMI. Little bit of work to get it...
*****UPDATE*****
It is all finished!
So finished up all wiring last night. Got board all bolted in. Hit the start button and no sound. Like at all. No sound at all tells you something. So I thought something was up with the ZEN. Go over the lights on ZEN and Zen was telling me it's perfect...
Thanks everyone. Hopefully finishing it all up today and will keep yall posted.
Big thanks for all your help. I know I questioned you to death hehe. Most certainly will let ya know.
Really glad I went with those tiles. The NVH inside is amazing. Almost like a Benz. Can't wait to see what all...
Whats up guys!
First of all big shout out to Bruce @Hush Car Audio and Noah @The Car Stereo Company
Boy has this been a project! So it all started with @Oldfart and his "basic upgrade" to the factory B&O. I thought to myself, I'd like to have a little better sound and bass in my 802A screw...
Ceramic coated mine myself. Really does make a big difference. Moving forward I will do this on all my cars.
No where near as hard as some people make it out to be. Just like paint work, all your labor will be in the prep. You can dang near coat everything. I did bumpers, plastics, wheel wells...
Hi All,
How did you run your tweeter wires from your a-pillars to the rear of your cab?
I was planning on running my power from the battery down the passenger side of the cab so was thinking that'd make me want to run the passenger tweeter wire under dash to driver side then run both together...
Do these help? The top line when folded up is still straight. The whole storage below is all moved forward so you get more storage at the cost of less floor space.
The kit is really 2 inches at top of seat and 3 inches at bottom.
Hey guys,
Not much info out on this one so thought I'd add some input. Overall not that bad and seems to be easier than the 2" lift version. Instructions are ok but there's not really pics.
Here is the kit as it comes to you. 7 are the same and the shorty is for seatbelt. Put all studs in...
I just recently learned that bumper repair people exist. See if you have one in your area. They fixed a lil ding in mine from a few months ago and you'd never know. It's like PDR but for thicker metal which is why the PDR guys won't mess with it.
Studs is a stellar idea. The issue you have is the SPD sticks out a little longer and puts spring tension against the housing you are trying to bolt down so you have to push against the housing and thread the bolts at the same time.
A little tricky. If studs where there, that'd make it a...
Welp UPDATE:
Was finally able to get someone to drive me around. Most certainly coming from the drivers side rear wall lower area. Basically sub/amp area. Soooo removed, B&O amp, amp mount, sub and rear padding. Stripped her down to what you see below.
Noise still there but sounds like it's...
So trying to track down a noise in the cabin and I at least somewhat know where it's coming from.
Think this is like worst care scenario. So the noise is coming from this vent/filter. They have like one way paper flaps on them. There's one on each side of the rear of the cabin.
If I covered...
