Looking for a single rim or rim/tire combo from a gen 3 37pp package. Can be the spare. Willing to pay for shipping, I can also pickup in socal area. Thanks.
Wow that is perfect, exactly the setup I’m looking for. If I’m understanding the specs properly, I don’t even lose any travel with the 37pp. Decisions decisions….
Thanks for the measurement!
WOW this is some amazing work thank you for sharing! This answers so many questions I’ve had floating around in my head for a while now. May I ask where you bought the camera relocation kit from? Your setup came out incredibly clean.
*edit* sorry I just saw you included that in your list!
Any spacer over 1” is going to induce coil bind in your rear springs. Without getting technical you’re basically running your truck with reduced suspension travel and zero protection from bump stops in addition to accelerated spring wear/sag.
Somebody feel free to tell me I am wrong, but...
Oh I don’t doubt you at all, pretty sure Eibach doesn’t have a date set is all lol. I read in this thread the guy who hated the ride of the gen 2 springs on his gen 3, so I ordered a 1.5 inch collar. If I don’t like the 1.5 I’m going to look into something custom for 1 inch.
That’s interesting, I reached out to eibach last Friday (3 days ago) and they told me Jan 20. I didn’t get the guy’s name unfortunately. Also interesting the decision to goto 600 considering the first iteration of eibach gen 2 springs was 580ish and people hated them due to stiffness. I’m sure...
Thanks! As hyrepower mentioned above, if they’re preloading .75”, that is going to net 1.5” of lift, and I guess I don’t see the difference/advantage of this solution over something cheaper like rpg collars.
Hey everyone...sorry if this has been asked. If you have ever noticed, the amber glow of the headlights is brighter when in "auto" mode versus when in "off". When "off" there is still an amber glow but it's not nearly as strong. Is there a way to make the amber glow strong when the headlights...
Yes there was about 1/4” of movement up and down in mine. Really really large washers could work. I was in my garage trying to find something that worked, I ended up using u bolts I had extra laying around from installing a 2” electrical conduit mast. I just locktited the bolt plate down to...
The tipping point for me was realizing it was the exact same effort to fill up since these silly credit card companies are stuck in the 90’s and I have to use two credit cards each time at the pump anyway. I live in a large metropolitan area and the e85 content is very consistent year round, I...
Oh okay got it! So there is a setup screen they're not showing us to input what 0% actually means. For my truck the reserve is exactly 4 gallons on the dot.
Thanks for the clarification!
This one? I saw if before too. Based on the screenshot it looks like it uses a wrong forumla. It doesn’t account for the fact that when your tank percent is at 0, you actually have gas still in the tank. Maybe the screenshot is wrong??
One more update for folks here...does anyone know how to make a simple app? I created a very basic spreadsheet that calcs out how much e85 and gas to mix to get the right content. I made the spreadsheet because I couldn't find anything out there available that allows to you to factor how much...
Question for those knowledgeable here…how much do you need to drive after switching to E50 before you get hard on the throttle? I’m assuming it takes a little time to mix and make it to the fuel line.
I just wanted to say thank you very much for this writeup, it really helped me get my dashcam installed. I also installed a battery pack (Powercell 8) to help the camera record long periods with the truck off. I ended up tapping the 30 amp fuse for the sunroof for my ACC power since the battery...
Gotcha. I have it too, but for some reason I was never notified when Cobb’s box was inbound. I was pleasantly surprised when UPS showed up Monday while I was eating lunch. I literally stopped mid-meal and had the ECU out and shipped within 45 min lol.
