We would all appreciate some photos and a write up when you are done. Before and after measurements and spring set up you choose would be greatly appreciated as well.

    Raptor towing about 4500lbs

I've towed an enclosed weighing roughly 7500lbs, I do use a set of Sumo springs from Super Spring when towing. It's similar to the Timbren I would say but its more progressive, both options bolt onto the frame to replace the factory bump stop. I also use a Weight Distributing Hitch (WDH) with...

GEN 2 ICON .5-2.25" Attitude Adjustment Collar

Good info. Now I have another question. If it starts out already compressed 2.25 inches at what point does it take more than 533lbs to compress 1 inch? At some point it's gotta change, or would you bottom out somewhere else first? Anyone know the compression rate of the Geiser or Eibach springs?

GEN 2 ICON .5-2.25" Attitude Adjustment Collar

Right but the 2.25 setting on the RPG a lot have said it's too stiff, so 1.75 with a pre-load and a .5 inch shim is just splitting the difference a half inch and taking some of the preload off. Is half an inch on top enough to cause any damage in the long run? I would think not for most people...

    GEN 2 Good price?

Me too. Two black ones and silver one *sigh* Everything I've been reading says the same about the 1.5 inch not being enough. I know RPG sells an adjustable, so does ICON. The Icon looks to split some of the adjustment, depending on how much "lift" you want between a spring perch and spacer...

    Bump Stops

SVC kit you run the same bumps all the time you just lower the brackets to accommodate while towing, correct? Do they have a 2.5 inch option? can't seem to access their site for some reason. (me and work IT aren't getting along) I've looked at Deavers and Icon rear springs. I've been leaning...

    Bump Stops

Step 1: Remove bed bolts. I'd like to avoid the bed removal if possible, I don't have the garage/shop tools I used to or this wouldn't bother me. I also want to get 2.5 but I need an option when towing that's better than an extension. I only tow 4-5 times year, usually its a 250+ mile trip...

    Bump Stops

On a Gen 1 or Gen 2? I need to do springs and looking at doing the bump stop at the same time. Can't find the installation instructions for the SVC kit. Read Icon's instructions, lots of adjustments and fine tuning adjustments under the frame it looks like. Rogue bump stop kit couldn't find...

Geiser 2.5 in springs -shock Compression sag travel loss

How long do we have to wait for you to get your truck? Not being a smart ass, mine is in garage at home and I work very remote, 39 days until I could get to it and measure anything. Eventually I'll replace the rear springs so if the 2.5 initial lift from Eibach or Geaser springs is still the...

    Gen2 and Towing - Advice

I drove mine from Illinois to Alaska (local dealer wanted 20k over msrp, got one for MSRP) within the first week of ownership, they do very well on the ice and snow, not just the deserts that most others use them for. I balance the load in my enclosed trailer as best as possible it's still a...

Baja Designs - NEW Laser Lighting! Ultimate Long Range Lighting

Anyone with night shots of one of these in a 20 inch or larger so we can see how it is down the trail. I'm interested to know at what point would the spots from the laser chips of each 10 inch bar merge into one.

Baja Designs Giveaway - FREE OnX6 10" LED Light Bar *CLOSED*

Sorry no instagram or facebook. I had the 30" behind grill Bar, and the Raptor lights installed at the dealer before I picked up the truck last winter. Want to level but need to tow sometimes

I used the "Super Sumo" 1500 pound rated ones with a WDH pulling the enclosed trailer and it seems to work just fine. With the trailer unhooked it's not uncomfortable to leave the Sumos installed if you aren't doing anything other than mild off-roading, the bumps just rest on the pad with the...

    Offroad Alliance Fog Light Kits

I got the triple light with vision x and amber Halo, other than driving around town with Halos on there is no point other than looks (but they doo look damn good), the lights don't put as much out as I was hoping and Vision x doesn't offer any amber covers for them. If I had to do over again I...

    Dude's 2017 Build Thread!

Unless I missed it you were running the factory Fox shocks through all of this, all you did was change the front coil and rear spring. Did you ever get a chance to compare the front end ride of your Eibach springs compared to that of the Geiser springs?

Timbren has a solution for rear suspension sag!

I use the Super Sumo (1500lbs rated) and a WDH when pulling my enclosed trailer. Without trailer hooked up the super sumos just rest on the pads. I don't notice much difference riding around on roads (Paved, and rough/washboard gravel roads) but wouldn't want to have sumo's on if I was going...

Icon Multi-Rate Rear Leaf Spring Kit

Let us know how they compare, it would be nice to add/delete/swap leafs down the road. I've heard the deavers can be pretty squeeky after... well after letting the jack down.
