I suspect people that buy Tremors with the 7.3L will be more off-road orientated but need to haul things occasionally.

As stated, it is definitely designed for those who want to still have very strong off-road capabilities and towing, but don't need the high speed dune running abilities of the Raptor. And I fully expect to get 200,000 trouble free miles out of this super simple 7.3L :D

In my first 1000 miles, I've averaged 11.8 MPG. About 75% highway, 25% city driving.

Dealer confirmed I have timing belt tensioner issues, for a 2nd time. Engine was fixed at 14k miles now, now at 38k miles, it needs to be fixed again. They are going to fix it after my trade gets here, thankfully.

Run away. Run fast! I had my timing belt tensioner issue done under warranty at 14k miles. Now, at 38k miles, it's back. This engine sucks!

They are. The 7.3L is an incredible engine. I'm super excited to get it.

I am getting $44k trade on mine. Why trading it in? It has been an unreliable headache plagued with issues since the day I ordered it. 2 year old truck that has been in the shop 2.5 months for various issues.
