I'd tell them all to piss off and buy elsewhere, out of state if necessary. The only reason they do that is because they can. If no one pays it then they won't be able to charge it.
I hear the story. But according to this story they are now allocating individual options availability down to the dealer. Just doesn't make sense to me.
