I was wondering if this was something with my truck. But I did forget to mention something. The situation is that while at a stop engine at stop if I removed the seat belt the engine will start, this is a different scenario.
Selling my Raptor light bar with 4 8” KC lights. Amber lights are spot lights with amber vinyl coating that can be removed. Two white lights are flood lights. They list for $239 each. These were removed from a 2010 Raptor but will not work on my 2017 due to location of front camera. Asking...
I am reasonable sure that any item attached below the camera would interfere with it. I did some test and could not find any way to affix a light below the camera without affecting camera view. The issue is how much interference can you accept.
My history is 2000 and 2003 F250 Crew, followed by 2010 SCAB and 2017 SCREW. The SCAB I had for 7 years but never liked the clam shell rear door, removing seat belt for passengers, etc. I like the SCREW but boy does the SCAB look better.
Ford may be making adjustments, to orders made before the increase. I received a check from my dealer for 535 called Ford Price Adjustment. I am reasonably sure it did not come from the dealer.
My price was increased by $535. Dealer would not budge on new price. So just this week got a check from dealer referring to Ford Price Adjustment., not sure what gives.
Sales tax totaling 5% of the vehicle purchase price ($300.00 maximum) must be paid when you register a newly purchased vehicle in SC. But yearly property taxes for vehicles are very high. I have not paid for a new car in SC just moved here, but my 2011 GT500 is around 450 a year.
Ordered in Aug. received in Feb, base price went up for 802A from 51,310 to 51, 845. Sales taxes are maxed out at 300 I think on new car sales in SC. Will call dealer soon was busy today.
Yes the price did increase for my Gen 2 over the original price. by $535. Leaves $41 dollars yet to explain if that is it. By the way not complaining just wanting to know what's going on.
I have a device that allows you to open a door by putting a wedge in top of door then a rod is used to push the unlock button. I will not use it on my new Raptor to see if it works. Does anyone know if the inside sensors would detect this type of break-in? This is why I don’t want to leave a FOB...
Based on what I have tried it would work. Once door is open ( by Keypad or remotely?) a FOB left in the truck would allow someone to start and drive it. I will try remotely to make sure, but I think it will work.
Did not see that with Raptor. My wife left her purse in the car with a FOB in it. I was concern someone could break in and start the truck. The door would not open automatically with FOB inside if person outside did not have a FOB. I guess using the keypad allows FOB inside to become active.
A fob left in truck will not allow another person to open the door, at least in my one test, it is disabled. I thought it would stay disabled if using the keypad, but did not happen.
I was keeping my extra fob in the console safe. I then open the doors with the keypad and discovered that I could start the truck, not very secure.

When lights are in auto mode they are now on during the day, like DRL. I made the Forscan changes above so not sure but I have DRL when in Auto mode during the day. I only wanted the parking lights to be on with the hood LEDs but I can always turn them off. I will check it out later, but...
