Thanks for the heads up. I was wonder if using the reverse trailer connection had any issues with the trailer detection logic. I also did not get the wiretap in the S1 kit. The tap is waterproof somewhat special and my instructions did not list it. I ordered mine on Amazon, must have missed...
Did you get the wide, spot or clear lights? Not sure which would be better. Oh I did find this:
Wide Cornering: BD was the first to develop a pattern specifically for cornering, dust and/or fog conditions. The Wide Driving pattern offers a 42° flattened horizontal beam for the ultimate in...
Had my Gen 2 for over 2 years, the auto high beam has worked very well. If anything it is too sensitive sometimes reflective signs will dim the lights.
2017 I run around 18 MPG give or take. I usually get 600 miles on a fill up. By the way I do not drive in a lot of traffic more rural. I also rarely push it but when I do I use sport mode and it performs well for a 6000 lb truck.
Brought my 2017 for MSRP here in SC. Ordered it and waited 5 months for delivery. Went in for service saw a 2018 for 3K above MSRP. Talk to sale manager all employees must also pay 3K above, crazy.
Ok I created an extfat format on a 32GB drive. Down loaded the Ford official software, copy it on the USB drive and installed it on my 2017. All with well, now have Sync 3 Version 3, by the way I did notice minor differences.
Next day I get a message on display about a new software update...
This is not a big deal but has some interesting electronic quirks. I have noticed that after I use my key pad to open and lock my doors the next start via key fob does not adjust steering wheel or seat. I may have missed something has anyone else notice this minor problem.
I had some trouble in SC maybe not as bad as yours. I got tired of driving around and sent out 20 E mails to dealers within a 150 miles. I could not believe it when I got a positive Email from Fairway Ford located 25 mins away. Ordered in Aug last year and received it in Feb . Turns out...
These are very thick rubber sort of like tire material. They do bend some not sure you could rip, tear or cut them. Brackets are well made and seem to be able to handle deep mud and snow. I think they are warranty forever if I remember correctly. You might send them a message they answer mine...
Long gravel driveway was starting to chip my paint. Decided to try Gatorback, great flaps with good hardware to support the flaps, just really expensive.
I paid around $110 from Ford. I tried removing the battery was not able to do it, risk damaging remote.

Ok I google it and found a video showing how to remove...
I purchase this on Amazon and was hoping to keep my extra FOB behind the back seat driver’s side. Used keypad to get in truck but it would still start and drive off. Not sure maybe my bag is defective. Move it to my tool box hanging in front of the wheel well truck did not start but allowed me...
My dealer as a rule locks up performance vehicles and no one is supposed to drive them. I ask the GM before mine was delivered.
