It is painted low gloss Magnetic just like the fender flares and front grill fascia. I've got a flare sitting at home right now that says painted to match low gloss Magnetic on the Ford sticker. No paint code provided though :-(
Essentially it's worth whatever someone will pay for it. That's how the market works. Will also drastically depend on geographical location and demand.
My R3 arrived yesterday, blend mount arrives tomorrow. Should have it installed before the weekend.
Having had 3 different V1's over the years, I'm nervous about the deviation from Valentine but the R3 has phenomenal reviews.
nikhsub1 How did your install go? I installed a set this weekend (wet install) and I'm still not happy with the upper part that is partially clear. I have a lot of discoloration, not sure if it is still some soapy water sitting under there but it has been in the sun for two days now with little...
I've got a pop/creak coming from my dash. I think it is somewhere behind the dash on the passenger side of the center stack. Seems to be temperature related as plastic shifts and expands.
I want to take the highlighted pictures out and test to see where the creaking is coming from. I've found...
Waiting on some replacement pieces for the B pillar that were damaged... Two emails to Josh but haven't heard back. Hopefully he gets some of this sorted out.
Yep, steam or a heat gun and warm day is all you need. I'm up in NoCo if you need a hand tackling it, I'm happy to help.
My Lightning Blue is at the airport nearly every week, I'm sure we've crossed paths.
Was wondering the exact same thing... All I could think about was Murphy's Law and one little slip and you've done some serious paint damage if that thing fell. All for a photo opportunity.
I know it's tempting to get exactly what you want, but I wouldn't pay an ADM on a 2017... 2018's are out and there are plenty of them to be had. See if you can find out how many days it has been on the lot. It may be coming up to its own birthday sitting there. Would sit down with the GM and be...
I've had more vehicles than I care too admit... Many have had OEM vinyl and I've ran all of them through brushless in the winter as needed. Not once have I had any damage to the vinyl. I did have a piece of my Range Rover fall off, but that's an entirely different story:biggrin:
Thanks. I hadn't even opened up the box so I didn't realize they had a guide. I've always just used a water/soap solution and never had issues. You find Rapid Tac that much better?
