Why? I don't see any advantage to that bumper. Looks like clearance will be the same or worse than the factory rear bumper. Most of us that change out rear bumper are for either increased rear clearance, or even aesthetics reasons. To me that design fails at both.

Hard to tell from the pictures, but I believe what you are seeing is the reflection distorting because of orange peel. Portions of these trucks have some serious orange peel and it will make the reflection wavy from certain angles.
There are over 250 Raptors in your locale within 500 miles according to AutoTrader. Go buy one or put an order in for one for invoice or a little less... You are making this much more complicated than it needs to be.

Many mufflers have a small drain hole so condensate doesn't build on the inside and pool. Just like an air compressor tank, getting the condensate out is good.
