Good info. I'll look into the ford connectors. If I do decide to pin it myself I have to get different size pins for the different size wires, or do they cover 2 or three sizes? I noticed the wire size difference for each auxiliary switch. I was looking last nite. I need the tool, the pins etc...

Gotcha, I looked up 12 pin molex and didnt see that particular connector. So on the truck side of the connector i see the 6 Aux wires and i think i see 6 black grounds, how did you source those? Did you come off the battery negative or a ground point on the truck with 6 individual wires?

Love this set up. So i see the 12 pins in the connector, 6 for the AUX wires and 6 for the grounds? Where did you source all the individual grounds from? So lets say you add another set of lights later. You have to fit a new female/male deutch connector onto the wiring coming from the new lights...

Think i know my problem. Unplugged one light, not static and it stayed on HD radio. pulled out the other, and the wire pulled right out of the plug, WTF? Hmm will investigate in the morning.
