It's hard to capture that angle with the lighting right now. It's not a crazy deep one you would have to look for it at the right angle to see it. Like I said, I was just wondering that's all.

That’s what I’m assuming after all that has happened. I’m trying to get the techs to pinpoint it. It sucks that we have to do so much work in order to fix an issue with the truck.

Sorry it’s a long one: All stock no mods. I have a 2023-37PP currently with 1,170 miles. I started to feel this thumping/tapping feeling in the steering wheel at around 300 miles. It starts when the truck has reached normal operating temperature and approximately 5 or so miles into the drive...

Before I post a new thread, Are you guys FEELING any kind of a "thumping" in the steering wheel? or is this all noise/sound related?

Looking at my paperwork now, it shows they only replaced the WG actuator not the whole turbo assembly as they stated.

Dealer replaced my driver side waste gate actuator. It was squeaking when I got near the truck and the truck sensed the key. It was also squeaking on idle and while revving it a bit. My truck only has 1000 miles on it now and the squeak was present from day one.

The dealer replaced the driver side turbo assembly and the squeak is gone.

So we got shafted lol... at least for now.

Warranty replaced and rattle gone.

I understand that. I'm talking about the clunking that's coming from the rack/tie rods that is sending a clunking/thumping into the steering wheel and brake pedal area. This could be mistaken for a shock clunking also. When the suspension cycles up and down it's puling the tie rods in and out...

This is causing a clunking/thumping in my case in the suspension . These types of clunking/thumping sounds can travel throughout the vehicle. I’m posting to add further information that can possibly help someone here.

The dealer has placed an order for the whole turbo assembly (driver side).

I got word that the dealer has placed an order for the inner and outer tie rods for both sides.
