Has always worked in the past. Button to left of steering wheel works fine as well as the button on tailgate. When I depress button on key fob, lights blink (as it should) but I do not hear the release. Settings in SYNC 4 show it is NOT set to manual. Anyone else? Help!!

No you just have to remove the skid plate. I did on my own, but second set of hands would have been easier and quicker.

I'd ignore. My Blue that I have installed said same thing. Installed perfectly fine.
