It basically means, orders received and not scheduled are "unscheduled". If an order is received in the past, and commodities are available to produce the vehicle, then it is "scheduled" for production, VIN is assigned and estimated production date is set.
I am doing this, but was going to do myself. However, even at a reputable detailer, how to you know they did it right and all of it? Is there a way to tell?
I believe a majority of the order sitting are a combination of stock and customer orders. Also Ford has announced they will not be keeping big inventories for the long term future.

I do not think there will be a shut down. Typically the shut completely down next week and the week after for summer shut down (I am a supplier) and they canceled that. Allot of other non-ford plants are still doing their typical summer shut down (Nissan, Honda, GM in various states).
I honestly do not know. I just called and it rang and rang, then a guy answered and said please hold and I waited for about 5 mins, but have a meeting in a few. I am going to call again in about an hour. I am sure people are calling in and that's why they are busy.
