You might look at power magic pro. That’s what I used with my blackvue. Fuse tap for constant and another for accessory power. Programmable for parking mode time or voltage or just turn it off and cam dies when ignition is off. Use it when you need it.

Yeah I think a windshield impact probably sends more vibration to the unit because of how solidly it is attached. I hit my A pillar, my driver window, and got no response. Hit the windshield with approximately equal force and it went off.

Same here. Not as sensitive as I would have thought. But it does work so I guess at least it should hopefully be somewhat effective. Hope I never find out though.

Just booked for September 29th/30th. Also booked the optional performance track option for my Wife and Myself on October 1st. We will be taking a couple of weeks vacation to drive up from North Texas. Thinking 4 days up and then we can take our time coming back and see some sights.

Maybe get 4 32 gig thumb drives, or perhaps 2 64's and split the music between them. I use a 32 and have no issue. Seems like I read a while back about an indexing problem if the drive was over a certain size but I can't remember the size.

I know this is an old thread but, Did you ever get an answer to this? I originally set mine up for marker lights only. Worked, but the blinker lights stay on and are really bright. I was afraid they couldn't handle being on all the time so I set up for Low beams and markers only. It also worked...
