Sounds like it needs to go in for service.... could be a lot of things. Maybe something cheap and easy to fix like a loose fitting, or the beginning of a rod bearing going out.

Small update from my end. Did the 542 plugs yesterday and confirmation bias or not it “seemed” to run a bit smoother. Double checking that the 542s are the same length as the stock plugs before putting them in: All 6 of the old plugs looked normal to me...no real concerns from what I can...

I know there are a couple catch can and misfire fix threads here, but some reference two TIP sensors, and other members mention three. For reference, our trucks have speed-density systems, so no true MAF sensor... Correct? I haven’t pulled the intake system off to clean the throttle body yet...

Well, only on day 3 of ownership and already making mods... waiting patiently down in Houston for a new to me tailgate with step and no appliqué... found two in San Antonio, but one had no step and the other was from a Plstinum (same issue w/appliqué, only in chrome!). Wish me luck!
