Installed the Builtright Industries dash mount today. Added an AMP arm with cell phone holder. Should hold up well off road for GPS.

Installed my ICON 95520 Leafs and the provided aluminum spacers. Install took about 5 hours total using 2 jacks and a friends help. Power tools help! Also did the dovetail cut and bumper horn trim in prep for a rear tube bumper this weekend.

Which way did you go? Any water at the Afton crossing? I was looking to start in searchlight and end in Barstow but maybe the other way around is better?

KHC bed supports arrived today, installing tomorrow, along with a few other goodies and dovetailing the bed. Lots of updates coming soon.

We tow a Flagstaff popup trailer a handful of times per year (dry weight 2,800 pounds) and since I’ve installed the larger cooler the trans temps are 10-12 degrees cooler on the freeway. Not a huge difference but it’s nice to see it’s working.

Looks great, I did the same mounting with the XL Racer Edition, more narrow of a beam compared to the 80s, but it throws light faster than I’ll ever be able to catch up to it.

thanks for the heads up. I’ll more than likely split up the front and rear into two different days. I added an AAL a few months back to my existing leaf pack and that wasn’t too bad, 4 hours both sides including taking the OEM pack apart to install the AAL. Happy to be happy a real leaf pack now...

Picked up my ICON leafs today. I would like to thank Rick@FreedomMotorsports for the help in getting these ordered. Just waiting on a few more pieces (Forged Off-road front bumpstop kit and KHC bed supports) and I can plan a day to get all this installed.
