From everything I have read and been able to find...
I been thinking...
Gen2 shocks with the Gen1 springs on front.
Gen2 shocks rear.
IF I did have the time and ambition, the buckets, Mira conversion, and rear Gen2 conversion mounts would be best/better.
BUT, hearing a LOT of folks do the swap...
Congrats on the Raptor
Good luck with the repairs
Sounds like you are getting some of the stuff figured out.
Probably going to want to stick with factory LCAs unless looking at aftermarket long travel set ups.
Saying not much off-roading, guessing not the way that you want to be heading.
Good luck
21 pages and going strong:)
and...
don't know if I would want to create a nick name referencing dozing bros.
(Had to, sorry)
But, seems to be all the style nowadays.

I just went through a LOT of head scratching until replacing the alternator on what is my daughter's Lincoln MKX. A bit of a pain to replace, I wanted to make sure that is what was needed. Sounds similar to what you are describing. It would work intermittently. Whenever the light would come on...
I need to replace an actuator and still have yet to do it too.
Mine blows hot air out the driver's vents when the AC is on.
Have the actuator, but haven't gotten up the courage to tear into yet.
Good luck with yours.
