I agree - that’s why I bought the 19. I just didn’t think I would have an adjustment. 5-6 short days of getting used to the sound with everything else being much better is a very small trade off. Couldn’t be happier with my decision!

My dealer prep guy said it is controlled by one of the buttons above the rear view mirror. He said one of them would turn them off.

So I have read it should and it should not light up. I have a 19 - it does not. Reading through the other recommended thread there is a mention that it would be easy (2 min) to check and the instructions were on a thread where someone changed the shift knob. Haven’t found the thread yet, but...

I am so happy with the Recaro upgrade. Update - I added pics to the end of the blue seats that are more representative. Not sure why my iPhone made them look so bright blue. Stitching on dash CF or CF plastic on driver’s A/C vent Updated pics.

Yeah - after looking at them, they don’t look like the rest of the CF, but I’m no expert. My money would be on “plastic with a CF design”.

My friend who also has a 14 commented on it as well. Much better than either of our 14s.

I noticed this last night too and looked briefly this morning. I don’t think it is supposed to light up and is just paint.

I read somewhere it is only with the Blue accent package and that Raptor’s with Carbon Fiber only do not have the CF/CF looking trim around the vents.

Will have to look at them later. They are either carbon fiber or plastic that looks Like carbon fiber

The shifter on the blue package is different as is the stitching on the blue package steering wheel. I will try to take pictures later. I love the shifter. And it is very different than the pic above.
