    I wonder if the Cobb TCM tune will fix this? YouTube videos have multiple people saying that the software update has cured it. Avoid opening the transmission if you can.

    Maybe install a new fuel filter yourself. Low cost straight forward operation I would hope. At least eliminate that issue. If the dealership can't do it right. Ya gotta do it yourself.

    Have you by any chance had the recent cam phaser software update? My truck experienced shudder as well as a stumbling idle when slowing to a full stop. Seemed to want to stall.

    I think the USB drive needs to be formatted to FAT32 or something. What is a usb fat? FAT or FAT 32 file system is the option selected by default for formatting a USB flash drive on Windows XP. FAT or FAT32 is also the default file system most music players in cars recognise.
