you cant. the only way they turn off is if you have the lights set to auto and its day time. the headlamps alone will run as daytime running lights. otherwise, as soon as it gets dark it will trigger the running lights to turn on again

The Cobb AP comes with an OTS 87 tune which limits the truck to about 17lbs of boost. I run it as I have unlimited free gas through my company but I can only get 87. You can definitely expect some squat but you can haul that for sure. Being that the trailer itself is the bulk of the weight will help you. As Raptor Vet said - center the weight so the trailer is balanced and level.
