    Have the same noise, drove me crazy! After checking/removing heat shields, skid plates, got the GoPro out and made a couple of videos under the truck ....... turns out the LCA bushings were shot, replaced them and no more rattling/ clunking noises!

    Does anyone have this chase rack? I’m considering getting one but didn’t know how good it was.

    For hard core use in Baja, you will need a rack that is built stout and mounts at the bed bolts. Mine was designed to add on to a SVC bypass rack, after many miles in Baja chasing for a race team, haven't had one issue.

    Always carry clamps, and various sizes of tubing so as to be able to splice any hose, and 5 gals of water.

    Having the same issue as you described..... sounds like an easy fix, but first do you mount the wider ring with the thin or thick side out (from the groove)? I ask because I cant find any mention of this on either RPG's or RCV's websites.

    Typical trimming of the fender/Flares, flatten the pinch welds, etc. The wrap with removal of the old wrap was $2400 You can see by the attached pics what needs to be trimmed. Note the tire marks in the second pic at full bottom.

    Since your near the east coast, I'd check with any Fab shops in your area....If not I know that SVC and RPG have take offs all the time.
