Even ICON doesn't have it because I have the only set of springs. They took them off their truck and sent them to me. As far as I know I have the only kit right now. They wanted to release it at Havoc so since I was their display truck last year they hooked it up. The pictures don't do it...

As for the springs I received a SD pack and an add-a-leaf which will increase the height and rate to be a HD spring. So you get both when you buy their springs. I'm not sure of the third configuration.

Local place. Under $300 each. Sams club near me has the 35 12.5 17 for $274. It should be noted that the 305 70 18 I put on my truck are E load range. it appears the 35 12.5 17 mud hog offering is D load range. The 35 12.5 17 are also only 63lbs. the 305 70 18 (the ones on my truck) are 67lbs...

One thing I believe will be big for these tires is the sidewall treatment near the tread. It's got some good heft to it and runs the entire perimeter of the sidewall, rather than just having lugs. So in other words it will definitely help to protect the sidewall from puncturing when you air down.
