Why's it not driveable? I haven't seen one cracked that bad, yet. As I've mentioned before there are hundreds on back order with no ETA from the manufacturer, citing supply chain issues.
If you are measuring from the center of the headlight, how will you find the center on the wall? I want to understand how you are aiming headlights if I am doing it wrong so I can start doing it the right way.
Park the truck 25ft away from a wall on a level surface. Turn on your headlights. Take the tape measure and hold it in front of the headlight, getting as close as you can without bending the tape measure as it reaches the ground. Measure from the ground up. Make note of the measurement of the...
Just measure top of the beam to top of the beam. If you're going to measure from the center of the headlight how are you going to measure the center of the beam pattern on the wall? You can't without guessing. Those alignment dots are meant to be used with machinery that can only be found at...
You should be measuring the light beam at the headlight and light beam at the wall. Then the light beam should be dropped two inches at the wall. Don't measure the actual height of the headlight housing. lol So if the light beam is 44in at the headlight it should be 42in at the wall.
My biggest complaint is that my truck doesn't sound like the GT SPD uses in their comparison video. They also stated it was because my muffler is blown but as mentioned in the other thread I highly doubt it. I did find out the truck they were using had over axle dumps. I reached out to the owner...
2017 34k but not all those miles were with the factory muffler. I did run a Corsa sport muffler for a while. SPD told me that my truck doesn't sound like those on youtube because of a blown muffler. I find that hard to believe. They also stated they were working on their own muffler for the Raptors.
Dealership confirmed mine was cracked but do not have an ETA for the part. There are hundreds on back order and they are citing supply chain issues for the reasoning they can't get any.
My fans would come on high when ever I flashed a tune from BCB and I’d have to disconnect the battery to make the fans stop. The BCB tune also made my engine run hot so I quit using them.
I've got well over 1000 miles on my trombone and I am still not experiencing any drone. I can hear the exhaust now throughout the RPM range. I'm surprised so many are experiencing this. Honestly makes me wonder if y'all are actually hearing drone or just the exhaust.
