You installed something wrong. I installed a Cobb intercooler on my truck and I had no issues getting everything to plug back in.

IMO an aftermarket BOV/BPV on a raptor is a waste of money. All you have to do is remove the return hose and cap the hole on the intake and you're good to go. Accessport is up to date. Waiting to hear from Cobb. Sounds like it might be an issue with the tune my Tuner created because the codes stay off with a Stage 2 OTS tune. Codes in question were P0630 and U0422

Put mine back to stock tire size and even tried uninstalling the accessport, codes still wont clear. Any other ideas?

It's not possible at this time to retrofit the ACC stop N go into older trucks with forscan and equipment according to the F150 forums, even if you could it sounds like it could take a few thousand dollars to do. If you want it you have to buy a '19.
