    See that groove in the shock body just below the lower spring perch? That's where the circlip lives when it holds that spring perch at the lowest setting, like it came from the factory. If you can see two grooves it's on top perch, even more preload on the spring and can potentially cause...

    No the top center one controls passenger hot/cold blend, just did mine. I thought the left one by the accelerator pedal did floor/vent/defrost?? Is yours clicking? Can you pull the motor and move the door by hand?

    Good question! I haven’t seen a comparison Gen1 to Gen2, would be interesting to see the actual difference. KHC might know? They look identical but I don’t know for sure, it does look like the Gen2 beefed up the spindles (aluminum?). Looking at this thread, looks like spring clears UCA fine...

    Good plan heh, offroad is a great way to learn though! Those seats do go ridiculously close to the dash, pedals adjust...just sayin'. Let us know when you get your hands on it!!
